The problem
A mid-sized NBFC was managing loan applications and follow-ups across spreadsheets and a generic CRM that didn’t match how their loan officers actually worked — every new hire needed roughly two weeks of hand-holding just to become productive, and the marketing site sat on a separate system that needed a developer for even a small content change.
What we built
We designed and built a CRM around the NBFC’s actual lending workflow — application intake, document tracking, follow-up cadence and officer handoffs modelled as the system’s core objects rather than bolted onto a generic pipeline — alongside a CMS that let the marketing team publish and edit pages themselves. Both systems are hosted and supported by the same team that built them, on the infrastructure we also manage for this client.
The result
Loan officer onboarding time cut from 2 weeks to 3 days, because the system finally matched the way the job was actually done instead of forcing officers to adapt to generic CRM fields. The marketing team now publishes and updates pages directly, with no developer ticket required for routine content changes.
Ongoing
We run both systems under an ongoing support arrangement with defined response times — the same accountability model we apply across all our Enterprise Technology clients.
